Entry Fees and Inclusions

1.  Please complete & submit the application(s) to our office by Friday January 12, 2009. Applications received after the cut off date will be considered if festival space is available.  For those that submit their application and registration fee before Saturday, September 12, 2008, you will receive an additional director/chaperone package FREE as part of our EARLY BIRD SPECIAL!
2.  A Non-Refundable Entry fee of $100.00 per group must accompany the application form(s). Applications are not officially accepted until the application(s) and entry fee have been received by the Festival Office. The entry fee will be credited on the final statement.
3.  Festival Rates entitles each participant to the following:

  •      Admission to all Festival Activities
  •      Admission to the Kalahari Resort Waterpark in Sandusky, Ohio
  •      One Night Hotel Accommodations at the Kalahari Resort in Sandusky, Ohio
  •      Noncompetitive Choral Performance with Ohio Music Educator Adjudicators
  •      Onstage Clinic Session for each Performing Group
  •      Trophy for each Performing Group
  •      One Complimentary Chaperone/Director Package per 25 Paid Participants
  •      One 8 x 10 Group Photo

Performing groups may enter Star Music Fest directly through our office or you may have your travel planner include the Festival in your travel plans. Upon receipt of the Application and Entry Fee, a confirmation letter and a festival contract will be sent. Performance schedules will be mailed 3-4 weeks prior to the festival.
